“The location is perfect for active seniors like me. We're within walking distance of multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping in general. The amenities are great. We get together with our neighbors often; sometimes at sponsored events, sometimes at resident driven activities (e.g. cards, dining, watching a UT game), and other times just hanging around the facility. This is NOT an assisted living facility, this IS a place for active people like me.”

“We love it here! After several days of checking out retirement communities in the north Austin/suburbs we finally visited Overture Arboretum. My husband said that my whole demeanor changed within the first 5-10 minutes. We signed up that day and the adventure began. The staff was so very helpful as we began right-sizing and they have continued to help us with the adjustment of moving from a house to an apartment. There are so many events planned that we barely have time to move in; no pressure to do anything, but there are so many opportunities from education meetings to fitness, and of course a myriad of social activities. Continental breakfast is offered on weekday mornings and every Thursday is mix 'n mingle with happy hour beverages and themed finger foods and entrees. There are many 1 and 2 bed/bath apartment choices with lovely designs. The common areas are gorgeous. We feel like we live in a resort. Join us; you won't be disappointed.”
